Occupation: Plaintiff, a stock clerk, was involved in motor vehicle pedestrian accident on March 19, 2012.

Case Facts: The accident occurred when the defendant was driving his vehicle on a public roadway and struck the plaintiff while he was walking on the same roadway.

Plaintiff was caused to suffer a fracture of his left fibula as well as fractures in his left foot. The fractures in his foot were corrected during a surgery where wires were inserted to repair the broken bones in his foot.

The defendant in this case claimed that defendant was not negligent in the operation of his motor vehicle.

The matter was resolved prior to jury selection and plaintiff was awarded $360,000.00 for pain and suffering. The case was handled by Joseph O’Connor and Kevin Harp of Mainetti, Mainetti & O’Connor, P.C.
