KINGSTON - A state Supreme Court jury in Ulster County on Thursday awarded $1.4 million to a man hurt in an accident in Saugerties, according to the man's attorney.
Joseph O'Connor, who represented Steve Blackmon of Kingston, said his client was injured in an accident that took place on Oct. 8, 2007, on U.S. Route 9W in Saugerties.
