On Friday in Hyde Park, both drivers were charged with drunken driving
after a two-car crash that injured the drivers and a passenger of one
of the vehicles.
According to the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office, the accident occurred
at around 8:20 p.m. when a 2004 Hyundai, driven by Donna Jo Robinson,

into oncoming traffic, colliding with a 1993 Toyota, driven by Casey P.
Evans, 37, of Salt Point.
Both drivers and Evans' passenger, his wife Stacey, 47, were taken
to MidHudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie to be treated for their
injuries. Mrs. Evans was later transferred to Westchester Medical Center
with multiple non-life-threatening injuries.
Robinson was charged with second-degree vehicular assault, a felony and
the misdemeanors of drunken driving and aggravated unlicensed driving.
Evans was charged with felony drunken driving because of his prior D.W.I.conviction
